To use these skins, you must have the program WinAmp. To install these skins, simply download the skin you like. After downloading, unzip the downloaded file using WinZip to an empty directory under your WinAmp Skin's directory (normally at Programs Files\Winamp\Skins). Create a new directory if it's necessary. Once you have extracted the files to an empty directory under the Skins folders, to change your skin, open WinAmp, open the menu and choose Options, then Skins, then you should be able to see the name of the directory you created. Select the name, and you should have your new skin!
